The PHOJC Team are pleased to announce and welcome Sebastian O’Kelly, CEO of LKP Leasehold Knowledge Partnership and Katie Kendrick, Founder of NLC National Leasehold Campaign who have both said “they are truly honoured to be Honorary Members of PHOJC.”.
The Leasehold Knowledge Partnership is a professional organisation that has the ear of Labour and Conservative MPs and the Leader of the Liberal Democrats. LKP is also the secretariat of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on leasehold and commonhold reform.
We walk an almost parallel path and many of you will be aware of how similar our situation is to that of the residents who live in leasehold accommodation.
In the words of Katie Kendrick of NLC “Whilst we are different there are many similarities, and we will continue to work together for the benefit of those we are trying to help, and I am so pleased that we can unite like this for justice.”
